FLIGHT MODIFICATIONS - AICALIN KEEPS YOU INFORMED
In the context of maintenance of its aircraft, a number of Aircalin flights for the period March 25th to April 30th are subject to modifications, either in terms of aircraft type or schedule.
Aircalin apologizes to its customers for these adjustments.
All affected passengers will be informed, either by Aircalin or through their original point of sale (travel agencies, other airlines).
We recommend that travelers ensure the updating of their contact information in their booking records to enable our teams to contact them.
A toll-free number is also available from New Caledonia at 05 55 00. From Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Aircalin teams answer all their questions and assist passengers affected by these modifications.
All technical and commercial personnel remain mobilized to minimize aircraft downtime and offer quality solutions to our customers.
AIRCRAFT CHANGE FROM MARCH 15 TO APRIL 30 INCLUDED
From March 15, our Airbus A330neo Kanuméra will be part of a worldwide A330 upgrade program.
To ensure our flight schedule, we have chartered an Airbus A330-200 from Wamos Air, a European airline operating under the same regulations and standards as Aircalin (member of IATA, certified by IOSA).
This aircraft offers an equivalent level of comfort to our Airbus A330neo.
On board, our passengers will be greeted and served by our cabin crew alongside the Wamos crew, to guarantee them a quality experience.
As this aircraft is not part of our fleet, some elements of our on-board service are subject to change. In particular, Wi-Fi is not available on these flights.
Passengers will be contacted by their initial point of sale.
